For the fourth year, Abraham Associates Ltd provided Solidworks 3D CAD data from a commerciaily successful product we had designed. The exam was setup to simulate a typical role for a design engineer in industry called a "Live Brief". This added some reality, Abraham Associates Ltd introduced the exam material to students studying BEng and BSc in Mechanical Engineering.Back to news

Redcop rapid deployable CCTV camera system at IFSEC 2014

Redcop was developed for Redvision CCTV and exhibited at IFSEC. The product allows a security system with a CCTV camera to be quickly depolyed on an open area such as roadworks or construction site. Abraham associates Ltd goes to China

For the third time over the last four years, Abraham Associates Ltd visited China to meet with existing suppliers for a main customer or ours and make contact with new. As previously, the visit was very productive and excellant for building up relationships. Three key suppliers were for sliprings, precision machined components, sheetmetal pressings, diecastings and plastic injection mouldings. Back to news

Dome camera exhibited at IFSEC 2008 & 2009 NEC Birmingham

A CCTV camera designed for one of our clients was exhibited at IFSEC 2008 on three stands, one a major exhibitor. It was exhibited again in 2009. This is a novel CCTV camera incorporating high power Infra Red (IR) LEDs for night vision was developed. This product covers a niche within the CCTV market where night vision previously required an array of large unsightly peripherals. Read More

Drive bay exhibited at IFSEC 2008 & 2009 NEC Birmingham.

A Drive bay data storage product designed for one of our clients was exhibited at IFSEC 2008. It was exhibited again in 2009. An elegant product solution was required to house two 3.5in computer hard disks in as small a module as possible, include cooling and require no tools to install/remove a drive. Existing products on the market provided a solution but they were expensive and cumbersome. Read More
